Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders. There are no hidden charges or additional fees.
Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
• Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of order placement.
• Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days.
• Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Order Tracking
• After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation message containing your tracking ID.
• You can use this tracking ID to track your order status through our Chatbot.
Delivery Guidelines
• Orders will be delivered to the address provided at the time of checkout.
• For deliveries to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
• Upon delivery, we strongly recommend recording a 360-degree unboxing video of the package before opening to check for any tampering or damage.
International Shipping
• Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelling Before Shipment:
• Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been shipped.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Cancelling After Shipment:
• If the order has already been shipped but not delivered, you may refuse the delivery.
Cancelling After Delivery:
• Once the order is delivered, our Return & Replacement Policy will apply.
