Can I Return My Product?
No. We do not accept returns.
All products sold by Minimars are non-returnable. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.
Can I Get a Replacement?
Yes. You may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery if:
• The product is defective or not working properly
• The product arrived damaged (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
– A 360° unboxing video of the unopened package is mandatory
• You received an incorrect product
What Is Not Covered Under Replacement?
Replacement requests will not be accepted for:
• Minor color or design variations due to lighting or screen differences
• Damage caused by accidents, water, electrical issues, or misuse
• Requests without proper unboxing video proof
How Do I Request a Replacement?

Please share:
• Order ID
• Clear photos/videos of the issue
• Unboxing video (mandatory for damaged items)
Replacement Process
• Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on returning the product
• After inspection, a replacement will be sent at no extra cost
• Replacement delivery timeline: 7–10 business days
